Lower Adirondack Region Arts Council, Glens Falls
The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) is an arts service organization for Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties in New York State. LARAC was formed in 1972 by a coalition of arts minded residents, to unify the arts and cultural communiy and establish a cultural identiy. Each year LARAC expands programs and services, evolving in response to community needs.
